    Why do I need to register my key ring?

    If we don’t have an e-mail address saved for you, we can’t contact you to say they have been found.

    Do I need to register my address?

    No. You only need to enter your e-mail address so the finder can contact you. For security reasons, the finder never gets to see the address of the owner.

    Can I offer the return service to my customers?

    Yes. This can be done in two ways: first, we can offer the return service under our name, or second, we can offer the return service in the name of the provider.

    What happens when the Return Key service stops?

    Many other return services have come to an end in recent years so the users of them will no longer benefit. However, through our contracts with our customers, we are obliged to provide the service for life. This is done with the Escrow form.
